Consignment Auction Information
Thank you for your interest in our consignment auction service. If you have any questions or need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Below is some information on how we conduct our service. We can provide you with a completed contract for you to sign and bring to our office, or we will have one available for when you drop off your items. We look to assisting you!
Fee Schedule – AdaBan Auctions LLC
$2 Lotting Fee per item/lot
Sliding Scale Commission based on each lot’s sales price:
$1-$20 = 35%
$21 - $500 = 30%
$501 - $1000 = 25%
$1001 – UP = 20%
SELLER is required to provide a complete description of all items to be sold upon drop off. Titles/Descriptions/Starting bids/Reserves are the sole discretion of AdaBan Auctions, LLC. **If you attach a note card to EVERY item/lot with the item description & your name, you receive the sliding scale commission above. Verbal instructions & lists do not qualify. Without note cards, commission is 50%. All pricing, including sale prices, may appear in advertising/marketing.
SELLER will deliver all items (and titles) to AdaBan Auctions, LLC no later than 14 DAYS prior to the auction date. Items must be in the cleanest, most functional condition possible. Misrepresentation of information provided by the SELLER shall not be held against AdaBan Auctions, LLC. in any circumstances & the seller will be responsible for all costs incurred, if a case should arise from auctioning their non-working item that the SELLER represented as Working and Complete.
SELLER agrees that AdaBan Auctions, LLC makes NO guarantee as to the selling price of the listed item(s).
SELLER will not hinder or withhold any information or property that allows AdaBan Auctions, LLC to complete the auction/payment process.
AdaBan Auctions, LLC will list the items, conduct the auction, and facilitate pickup and payment for all items. AdaBan Auctions, LLC will arrange and initiate advertising campaigns to maximize exposure and returns. If, for any reason, AdaBan Auctions, LLC fails to complete the sale of any lot consigned to this auction, AdaBan Auctions, LLC sole
liability shall be to return the lot to the seller for further designation. Advertising costs, if warranted, may be deducted from the gross proceeds of the auction, payable by the seller.
